A Waterstones könyvesbolt és a résztvevők egy nagyszerű írópáros könyvének a megjelenését ünnepelték meg pénteken. A thriller műfaj kedvelőinek külön csemege lehet a könyv, de jómagam, aki évente csak egy-két alkalommal olvas a témában, én is kíváncsian vártam az eventet! *_* 

Egy latte munka után még belefért a Waterstones Piccadilly könyvesboltban, majd elindultam a St. James templom bejáratához. Jó korán odaértem, de nem voltam vele egyedül, ugyanis már kígyózott a sor, mire én is beálltam a várakozók mögé. A kapunyitás fél hétkor volt, nagyon gyorsan bejutottunk az épületbe, ahol már várt a könyv és a vászontáska./

Waterstones and the attendees celebrated the release of a book by a great writing duo on Friday. The book is a special treat for thriller lovers, but I, who only reads the subject once or twice a year, was also looking forward to the event! *_*

After a latte, which I bought from Waterstones Piccadilly, I headed to the entrance of St. James's Church. I got there quite early, but I wasn't alone, as the queue was already long by the time I joined the queue. The doors opened at half past six, and we got into the building very quickly, where the book and tote bag were already waiting.

Pózoljunk könyvvel! :D A könyvbemutató helyszínéül a St. James templom szolgált. Jártam már itt pár évvel ezelőtt (Cassandra Clare Sword Catcher Tour, 2023), így tudtam, hogy lesz ülőhely, és rendesen hallható lesz a beszélgetés. Bár időben érkeztem, nagyon hamar elfoglalták az első 7–8. sor ülőhelyeit. /

Let's pose with a book! :D The venue for the book launch was St. James Church. I had been here a few years ago (Cassandra Clare Sword Catcher Tour, 2023), so I knew there would be seating and the conversation would be audible. Although I arrived on time, the seats in the first 7-8th row were taken very quickly.

Pontban hétkor felkonferálták az írónőket, és már kezdődött is a beszélgetés. Olvastam már korábban mindkét szerzőtől (V. E. Schwab: The ​Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, valamint Cat Clarke: Entangled). Nagyon szimpatikusnak találtam mindkettejüket. Látszott rajtuk, hogy már régóta ismerik egymást, és hogy közeli barátok. És sok vicces beszólást tartogattak nekünk! :D Mivel a könyveket előre dedikálták, így nem volt a kérdezz-felelek rész után sorbanállás. Hiányoltam a fotózkodás részt, meg egy esetleges plusz könyv dedikálását, de ezt leszámítva nagyon jól éreztem magam! :)/

At exactly seven o'clock, the writers were introduced, and the conversation began. I had read both authors before (V. E. Schwab: The Invisible Life of Addie LaRue, and Cat Clarke: Entangled). I found them both very likeable. It was clear that they had known each other for a long time and that they were close friends. And they had a lot of funny things to say to us! :D Since the books were signed in advance, there was no waiting in line after the Q&A. I missed the photo session and the signing of an extra book, but other than that, I had a great time! :)
