 Avery a Caerwyn egyetemen tanul. Ez afféle boszorkányképző. A bentmaradás feltétele, hogy az ott tanulóknak képesnek kell lenniük megidézni egy saját familiárist maguk mellé, máskülönben kihajítják őket az iskolából.

Avery-t leszámítva már mindenki sikerrel járt. Telnek a napok, de nem sikerül neki, bárhogy is próbálkozik.

Tetézi a bajt, hogy az anyja vezeti az intézményt. A nővére, Wren is ott van, és neki egy sárkánya van. Csak semmi nyomás… Avery kifogyni látszik az időből, és végső kétségbeesésében vérmágiát használ ahhoz, hogy megidézzen magának egy familiárist. Pedig az szigorúan tilos ugye…

Mi baj lehet abból, hogy ezek után egy édes cicát pillant meg? *-* El is nevezi Lucky-nak. :D

Nagyon gyorsan kiderül azonban, hogy a cica nem familiáris, hanem alakváltó. És határozottan nem hallgat a Lucky névre. Mivel Felixnek hívják. És egyáltalán nem barátságos…

Óriási különbség. Ugyanis az alakváltók és a boszorkányok ősi ellenségei egymásnak…

Mivel ezek ketten össze lettek kötve a mágia által, amit Avery használt, együtt kell dolgozniuk azon, hogy megtörjék a kötést…

Review in english: 

Avery studies at Caerwyn University. It's a witch training school. The condition for staying in is that the students must be able to summon their own familiar; otherwise they will be kicked out of the school.

Everyone has succeeded except Avery. Days pass, but she can't do it, no matter how hard she tries.

To make matters worse, her mother runs the institution. Her sister is also there, and she has a dragon. no pressure at all... Avery seems to be running out of time, and in her final desperation, she uses blood magic to summon a familiar. But that's strictly forbidden, right?

What could go wrong with seeing a cute little cat after that? *-* She names him Lucky. :D

However, it quickly turns out that the cat is not a familiar, but a shapeshifter. And he definitely doesn't listen to the name Lucky. Because his name is Felix. And not friendly at all…

A huge difference. After all, shapeshifters and witches are ancient enemies…
